When i try to go to Help & Support I get a box telling me the the Service is
not running. How can i get this to work..thx
 
Stuart, go to Control Panel>AdminTools>Services>Help and Support. Rt click
and select Properties. In Startup Type Box
choose Automatic.
 
Follow these steps:

Click Start, Run and type Services.msc
Double-click Help and Support
Set the Startup type to Automatic
Start the Service
