alright my issue is with this, the Help & Support feature...when
installed a new hardware device iwanted to trouble shoot it because i
wasnt functioning properly...so i went to the device manager an
selected Troubleshoot, usually the window opens up that is part o
the Help & Support program..well it loads breifly in m
processing task in the task manager however no window or anythin
shows up and ive done the following

1. Enable Help and Support Services --> open control panel, doubl
click Administrative Tools, double click Services. Maximize window
Find Help and Support. Look under Status , should be set to "Started
and Startup Type should be set to "Automatic". If they are not, doubl
click Help and Support, change Startup Type to "Automatic" and the
click the Start button

2. http://windowsxp.mvps.org/helpsvc.htm - downloaded a registry fixe
for the Help & Support feature...still didnt wor

3. http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/top10faqs.htm - didnt work either

so im just wondering why help & support feature isnt properl

its av ery minimal set up..just want this little bug to be fixed

if any hjelp can be given, i appreciate it very muc
