Help! Still no Resize Images

I ran both regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
regsvr32 phototoys.dll

got no effect. Un/reinstalled, ran both, rebooted, still get
nothing when I click on Resize Images in the Context Menu.

Run these commands from Start, Run dialog:

regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
regsvr32 phototoys.dll
