Help! Sllllllooooowww IE when opening the window

Whenever I click on IE Explorer it takes forever for it to load. It won't
load for 1-3 minutes.

I've used Ad-Aware, Spy-Bot, scanned for viruses w/Norton, Dumped my TIF,
deleted my cookies AND history, and it's still a problem. And yes, I've
restarted my computer, turned it off and then turned it back on, etc. It
still is acting slow. Anyone have any advice? Thanks.

who is you ISP? if Telewest, UK, you will need to upgrade to Norton 2004 if
you have been using Norton 2002, as Telewest have upgraded and this is what
might be conflicting with you Anti-Virus software.
