On Fri. 8/8/03, I purchased the Windows upgrade WindowsXP
Professional to upgrade from Windows Millennium Edition.
WindowsXP does not allow me to print properly from my HP
Laserjet 1100A. A page only prints about half way down
and about one third of the way across the page. How do I
correct this? Do I need a new driver? My printer worked
great with the Windows Millennium Edition. HELP!

Windows ME drivers, and most programs are worthless in xp.
HP isnt much better, try windows update, customize, select
hardware updates, search the printers/fax section for hp.

Go to the HP home page and check for a Windows XP driver for your printer.
