help please

I have a problem getting my computer started.. The problem that i sst a
password
on the start up prompt. i type in my password in to enter the system it
starts to load the loading up and a 2seconds later it starts all over asking
me to to type
in the password again. Is there anyway that i can bypass the password and
the
prompt
