Help Please - I'm out of ideas

hello

two days ago my computer suddenly restarted and when windows stated up
all of my files were gone and than I'v noticed that windows created a new
user xp.XP-EB****** and that my original files were in my original user
folder named xp
I tried everything but nothing seems to work
can any of U help go back to the original user please I beg U

On the logon screen, hit Ctrl+Alt+Del+Del (Del twice), can you log in there in your account?

No I can't login to the original account just to the new one created
It's like the original doesn't exist

If you login in this new account. Are there your documents, folders, so on? If so, go to control panel and create a new account. If you get a message something like you don't have permission to access a folder, try to take ownership:

none of my docs are ther like I said when I login there's nothing there only
if I go into my computer and enter C:\Documents and Settings there are
folders there like Administrator All Users my original user folder named XP
that has All my Files in it and the new folder that windows created
xp.XP-EBLB****

I would suggest you to create a new administrative account (through Control Panel) and recover what you can. Did you discard a virus infectios. If so, it's likely that your lost files be unrecoverable.
