Help me please

i installed a newer version of incredi mail, it was usless so i un installed it , but it wouldnt revert back to the version of incredimail i had before, now i have lost my contacts list and emails i had saved i have tried system restore but it wont restore to any previous date. is there any way to get my emails and contact list back, im on windows xp pro. this is very important. please help in any way u can. is there any way to make all my computer and the settings go back to another day other than system restore? i tried system resore in safe mode and still no joy. please suggest as many things as you can for me to get all my settings back to yesterday. it must eb able to be done as the police do it all the time and stuff
