help on keeping tv viewer on top

the ms help talks about going to the star screen and the tasks etc,,
But where is this statr screen ??
is it vista's, media player's or where?

i hate these people who don't spell it out un fortunatly my IQ is not above
150

You should type more carefully and provide more info about your problem. No
one knows what you are asking. Star screen? statr screen? What tv viewer? etc.
