Video's colors are swapped??? Need Some help

I have windows Vista Home Premium, Media, NVIDIA
GeForce 7650GS, and

all of my Videos MP4's, AVI's, WMV's and Live TV, the people are blue, the
blues are red, my logitech quick cam displays as blue as well. My photo's,
desktop, web sites etc are all normal.
My SIL said my Cb and Cr are getting swapped, quick time, media center and
windows media player 10 and irfanview players, all are the wrong colors.

If I need to install codec's I'll need some step by steps where to get them
and how to install them.

Was it always this way? If not, what changed? Is this an OEM machine that
came with Vista preinstalled or one that you built/installed yourself?

No it wasn't always this way, it used to work just fine. It is an OEM with
Vista preinstalled. I've tried a system restore, I've tried removing
software that was installed, like Zune software and thivo Desktop Conversion
software. Really I've tried everything I can think of to correct this
problem. I did lower the display to 24 bit and on Windows Media Player when
I put the tint into the red I got more realistic skin tones but it wasn't
right still. Again, the photo's, desktop and internet web sites all are
correct colors even from UTube and Itunes.
Thanks,

Thanks,

Uninstall the video card and swap it out for a known-working one. If that
solves the problem, get the OEM to replace the video card under warranty.
If the machine is no longer under warranty, replace the video card
yourself.

Don't Panic!

If it was a video card, wouldn't the Video's from the internet do the same
thing? And do I have a Video card? Is it the TV Tuner card? It is under
warranty as I bought the extended warranty.

Have you checked the Ease of Access tools? There are many changes that can
be made there.

Thank you, I just did what you suggested. No help with the colors being
swapped. I know what a graphics card is, and mine is on the mother board, is
the video card te TV tuner card?

You have an older CRT monitor. They do go bad - usually one color before the
rest.

The video card is the graphics card.
If yours is built into the motherboard, try plugging one into the PCIe or
AGP slot and see if the colors render correctly.
Generally a TV Tuner card is a separate beast, but the video is ported
through the graphics/video card to the monitor.
If only things coming through the TV Tuner card are colored improperly, it
may be a setting with that card.
