HELP NEEDED

I give up. Since I have installed windows XP I can not
regester my program (I did once by phone) I am unable to
use internet explorer and I am unable to get a product ID
under """"our Product ID (PID) for windows xp professional

listed."""" I get an error message every time that says
send error report or dont send. Right now I am using
Mozilla to view the internet. What gives? How do i fix
this problem? My hardware is top notch and about 4 months
old. Here are my specs 2100XP amd NF7s 2.0 mobo. 512mb
corsair ram. Geforce FX 5600. WD HDD. Any help is

Corrupted files or flawed hardware. Since you say you did the install,
I assume you bought the XP separately as an upgrade or full license.
The Product Key is what you are looking for (organge sticker somewhere
on the XP CD box). They are not listed on the tool you are trying to
use. Thse are Product ID's. But ...you say you have already registered,
so I guess you found it.

Suggest you test your machine to make sure compatible with XP. Tools
available at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/compatibility/default.asp

Try doing a fresh install, including re-formatting the disk. TAke
backups of what files you want to keep.

postings on this newsgroup.
