My computer will not let me passed this blue log in
screen. It says that i should check for a virus. I have
done that. Then it said to run a CHKDSK /F. I have done
that. At the bottom of that screen it shows this.
*** STOP 0x0000007b (0xF96F5640, 0xC000000E1, 0x00000000,
0x00000000)

This is the message that i get from the computer and you
just have to shut down your computer and it will do it all
over again.

Can you describe more of what is on this screen?

Exactly what does the message with the word virus in it say?

Can you start the machine in Safe mode?
