i am trying to download the free adobe flash player in my computer and
when i go to download this program it tells me that if the gold
information bar appears above that says "This site might require the
following ActiveX control:'Adobe Flash PLayer' from 'adobe'. Click
here to install" it tells me to click on that bar but it doesnt tell
me what to do if that info bar doesnt appear. a gold information bar
appears but it says " Internet is currently running with add-ons
disabled. click here to manage, disable, or remove your add-ons." I
get no option to download this program. How can i download it? soemone
please help me??

you are using the wrong ie icon , the one that runs ie with no add ons

find the normal ie icon, bit that one
