help me remove adaware please

Hi.
I've got two icons on bottom of pc by the clock, one is a yellow exclamation
mark and the other is a yellow block (both related ) . if you click on it it
sends you to
www.topadwarereviews.com/?adv=196&ads=b

both icons tell you that you have spyware on your pc....click here to
remove. bla bla bla i'm sure you know what i mean.
If you delete the icon on the desktop when you restart it just puts itself
back, and its not in the add/remove progs and antispy ware doent see it.
Does anyone know how to remove this or if there is a patch you can get to
remove it for you.
