error message

I can view most websites but if I click on say for example I am on yahoo
message and I right click on the name and select view profile I am getting a
error message. It says title on the top and then states topic with a yellow
exclamation mark. Can anyone tell me why this is. It also happens when I go
to the Dell Help icon on my desk top

You may have turned on the setting for the PopUp Blocker in Internet
Explorer. (Tools menu/Popup blocker, settings) You may have to allow the
yahoo and dell sites on that list.
