HELP ME PLEASE

I am trying to install windows XP on a brand new system I
built myself. After setup detects my hardware it freezes
and then turns into a blue screen that says
Session3_initialization_failed
At the bottom of the screen it says
*** Stop: 0x0000006F (0xc0000020, 0x00000000, 0x00000000,
0x00000000)
What's going on?

It seems to me that you have a hardware issue that Windows can't resolve.
