ok i can not get on to my inter explorer browser and i
can't check it to see if i got a virous .... MY document
folder in linked to Internet Explorer and will not open
it just open for a split sec then it closed also my
document folders i am now using netscape andit does not
help me at all it won't load anything and will not let my
hotmail e-mails (how can i fix this problem)

You can go to Tools > Options > Advanced. Scroll down to Security and
uncheck "Use SSL 3.0"

Or you can uninstall the last IE update 832894.

From Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced uncheck "Enable third party
browser extensions." That should allow IE to open.

Run CWShredder from

It's been
the most helpful with this problem. CWShredder is only about 125 KB so it
could be downloaded from another machine onto a floppy disk.
Note: usual download site for CWShredder would be merijn.org That site is
currently experiencing a denial of service attack.

You may need to follow up with Ad-aware and/or Spybot S&D. Both programs
should be updated after installation- before use.
