help me my system keeps shutting down

Right-click on My Computer, choose Properties. Go to the Advanced tab and
under Startup and Recovery, click on Settings. Uncheck the "automatic
restart" box.

Then go to Hardware tab and Device Manager and look for the yellow
exclamation mark.
