help me in my switchboard !

hello everybody. i am seeking some help in designing my switchboard manager
with 3 pages.i am building a project on my six favourite soccer teams. i have
already done all the necessary steps: tables, forms, queries, reports and
macros. i need to create 3 main pages on my switchboard. the first, will show
all the six teams and clicking on any team should lead me to the second page
that allows me to choose between the objects (tables, forms, queries and
reports). and finally after clicking on any object it should take me to my
macros. i really need some help for that. so, anyone please tell me what i
should do
