HELP ME CHANGE MY ICONS

How can i change my office xp icons ?
when i right click on them like a normal icon and say
change icon it is grayed out and will not let me do it/.

Please help

Right click the Desktop/New/Shortcut...Type in the path to Word. Then right
click the Desktop icon/Properties/Change Icon.
