HELP ... mandatory profile printing problem

I am unable to set a default printer for a mandatory
profile. I have the printers installed and my mandatory
profile reflects the HP 4050 as being the default.
However when I print from Word I get a Default Printer/No
Default Printer error message.

I have had a simulair problem.
Did you recently installed W2K sp4?
If you did it's somewhere in the registy, search for
something with the HP spool

yes it is SP4, what do i need to change in HP spool?
