HELP!!Internet Explorer trouble

I am not sure where to post this..so I am going to try this..I need a little
help and I will try to explain it the best that I can..

You know when you click on internet explorer like 6 times, then you get 6
windows that open..well mine isnt doing that all of a sudden..i only opens
one and it over rides the last webpage that i have open..I have looked in
every setting that I can think of and I cannot find where I can change
that..

Please HELP!! It is annoying..
