HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! Internet browser

I can only have one internet browser open at a time. When I click the
browser icon to open a second browser, it replaces the open one.

Have you tried this?
Tools-Internet Options-Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts"

If that is not the problem, then perhaps it is a toolbar you have
added?
Try removing extra toolbars, in particular, the Yahoo toolbar.
