Add a second browser

R

Robert

I have Windows XP Home (OEM) and Internet Explorer 8. I would like to know
what steps I should take to add another browser to my computer, how I switch
my use from one browser to the other, and the best browser to add. Thank
you,

Download and install the "next" browser you want.

Then make sure that you correctly configure the the browser you want
as "default browser."

I have installed:

Firefox
Opera
Apple Safari
Google Chrome.

Then, access the other browser settings and turn off setting to "make
xxxx as default browser..."

What type of Browser?

Web?
File/Folder?
Picture/Video?

If Web...
Download and install the web browser of your choice.

FireFox is a fine choice: www.firefox.com
Opera... Another good choice: www.opera.com
