Help Inaccessible boot Device error recovery

I just had a power interuption on my system and got this error on
restart. I have tried to go into system recovery with my Win 2k CD,
but when I go to repair it says there is no HDD. I can see my HDD
listed when I startup the PC. How can I go from here to fix it? Is my
HDD toast?
