Help i'm stuck

iv'e been trying to use aol and it keeps saying not
responding. I've checked my connections and they say
disconnected. How do I change this to say connected? I
have my default set to aol. when i first started this
computer i downloaded msn but it was running so slow i
uninstalled it. i opened aol which was already
downloaded. the system isn't running right and i don't
know what todo

I think this is one of those cases where you will be best served by
calling a local computer repair person to come to your house and set up
your Internet for you. I am not saying this to hurt your feelings, but
from your post I just think it will be difficult for you to get this
resolved via Usenet postings.
