ok my problem is everything works except internet explorer disabled all
firewalls
outlook express works fine Norton update ok kaza lite ok winmx ok Monzilla
web browser ok.
but internet explorer wont work just keeps say page unavailable tried all
kinds of sites, update ie6 by downloading full version and reinstalling,
then I also update to sp1a on my os which is win xp pro

is it possible there might be a service process disable? or something else
any info would be great

Run your pre-installed antivirus scanner.
Rid your machine of 'Kazaa' - Run this utility.

Unzip all files to one folder, hit the executable, remove Kazaa.
