HELP! IE6 SP1 always crashes!

My Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 SP1 always crashes (each and everytime)
after it starts and runs for a few (say 4 or 5) minutes, regardless what
website I am visiting. This crash happens even if I don't click/move
anything but just leave the IE6 window running. When it crashes there is a
popup window showing (giving the options of "Debug", "Send Error Report" and
"Don't Send"):

* "Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience"
* AppName: iexplore.exe
* AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
* ModName: mshtml.dll
* Exception Information: Code:0xc0000005 Flags:0x0000...000

I compared the version, size and time stamp of the files iexplore.exe and
mshtml.dll with the ones on another PC I have and found they are identical
but the other PC does not have this crash problem.

* Updated Versions: SP1, Q818529, Q813489, Q328970, Q324929, Q810847,
Q330994, Q813951

Yahoo Companion (Toolbar) or Google Toolbar installed? Uninstall it.
