Cannot open web page with hyperlink where target="_blank".

Linked page should open in a new window. IE 6.0 SP1, q313829, q328970,
q324929, q810847, q813951, q813489, q330994, q818529, q822925, q828750 -
Windows 98.

Coincidentally (!?) I can not click on a link in a text e-mail in Outlook
Express and have it open a browser window either.

I have run sfc and run regsvr32 on URLMON.DLL.

clues.

The first link certainly fixed my OE problem. All of the URL associations
for IE were C:\progra~1\intern~1\iexplore.exe.

Changed them to "c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" and
Outlook Express works again. Now if I could figure the IE problem I'd be
all set.
