Trying to find latest debug version(s) of wininet.dll

I am trying to find checked/debug versions of wininet.dll
for the following OS/IE versions combinations (I've
supplied version info if that matters):

1. Win98SE (ver 4.10.2222 A)
IE (ver 6.0.2800.1106; SP1; Q810847; Q313829; Q813951)


2. WinXPPro (ver 5.1 build xpsp2.030422-1633: Service Pack 1)
IE (ver 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633CO; SP1; Q324929;
Q818529; Q330994; Q822925)

Where can I find them for download? Are they (for IE6)
included in SDK/DDK anywhere? I already have one for 5.0
but need one for 6.0. Thank you.
