help icon & autofill on outlook

1. How do you get the 'paper clip' help icon to reappear (after you have
hidden it)?
2. How do I get MS Outlook to automatically complete the e-mail I want after
I type the first few letters?

1.. Click the Office Assistant.
If the Assistant isn't visible, click Show the Office Assistant on the
Help menu.

2.. In the Office Assistant balloon, click Options.
If the Office Assistant balloon isn't visible, click the Assistant.


Turn on or off AutoComplete
When the AutoComplete feature is turned on, Microsoft Word will display a
ScreenTip when you type the first few characters of an AutoText entry, at
which point you can insert the entry or continue typing.

1.. On the Insert menu, point to AutoText, and then click AutoText.
2.. Select or clear the Show AutoComplete suggestions check box.
