Help! How do you change languages?

Recently I downloaded the Creativity Fun-pack, and the problem is I
accidentally downloaded the German version. Now Movie Maker is displayed in
German, even when I install english add-ons. Is there any way to switch it
back to English?! I was hoping I could just re-download from scratch, but the
way Microsoft has it set up, that seems impossible...I'm getting desperate!
