I'm receving the following error when I try to open an application help file:

This File is Not a Windows Help file.

When I click on OK, I get:

A Newer Version of Help is Needed to read this help file.

I'm running XP Pro with SP2 installed. I found this error referencing
Windows NT on the website, but it says to install the latest service pack to
fix. I'm not running NT, and I have all the latest updates for XP. Does
anybody know what I need to do to fix this? I understand that the error is
caused by a 32 bit help file trying to be loaded by the 16 bit help program.
How can I force windows to use the 32 bit help program as opposed to the 16
bit one.

Any help anybody can give will be greatly appreciated.

Thx....

You are running NT.

Windows XP is really Windows NT 5.1.

I wish this helped, but it doesn't. As I stated before, the 'fix' I found
earlier said to simply install the latest service packs. I have installed
everything I can and I still get the error. What else can I do???
