I'm receving the following error when I try to open an application help file:
This File is Not a Windows Help file.
When I click on OK, I get:
A Newer Version of Help is Needed to read this help file.
I'm running XP Pro with SP2 installed. I found this error referencing
Windows NT on the website, but it says to install the latest service pack to
fix. I'm not running NT, and I have all the latest updates for XP. Does
anybody know what I need to do to fix this? I understand that the error is
caused by a 32 bit help file trying to be loaded by the 16 bit help program.
How can I force windows to use the 32 bit help program as opposed to the 16
bit one.
Any help anybody can give will be greatly appreciated.
Thx....
