HELP: English vs. Chinese

My friend got Chinese version of Windows (yes 99.99% of every text upon load
up is in chinese).

What am wondering is whether the English version of Service Pack 2
(WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe) will work under chinese version of Windows..
or will that cause some problems?

Currently am downloading the 250MB WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-CHS.exe chinese
version of Service Pack 2 (simplified chinese). I hope that works..

You can only install the Chinese version of SP2 in a
Chinese version of Windows XP. The English version
of SP2 will refuse to install on a Chinese version of
Windows XP because of a language version mismatch.
