Help desk template needed.

Does anyone have a help desk template they would be willing to share, or
know of one I can purchase?

I dont have a budget for this so it needs to be reasonably priced.

I used the portal from www.aspportal.net to make this:
http://nedp.net/support they're a few releases ahead of the one I used but
I'm too lazy to upgrade at this time ;-)
it's a hell of a portal for 15 bucks and it's easy to work with/ customize.
