Creating Result Template

Hello Members,
Please, I need help on codes to produce results template for all students from the sheets that contain results of students. The template will have a static title and only the matric number of students will be entered and it will generate results of the students with the course title, course code ... It will also produce the course still outsanding as reference for student to sit for the course again.
