Help - Crashes

[Roger]

I have a new PC with Window XP. It keeps crashing. I
changed the re-start option and now it doesn't restart.
It now comes up with a message that windows has shut down
to save doing harm to my computer the technical info is
as follows;
STOP: 0X0000008E (0xC000005, 0x8059E1D7, 0xEE4CCC80,
0x00000000)

Does this make sense to anyone?
