My laptop continues to freeze, this usually happens during startup but it has
happen once the computer has been working properly for a while. I usually get
a blue scree message saying that "A problem has been encounter on windows and
needs to be shut down to prevent damage on your computer" I also get a
technial info bit:
0X0000008E (0XC000005, 0X80571207, 0XED8ED308, 0X00000000).

Another time i got the following message:
IRQL_NO_LESS_OR_EQUAL_

Technical info:
OXOOOOOOA

Does anyone know how i can fix this problems?

The IRQL etc. error usually means bad drivers or bad hardware. Since you
are getting lockups at startup (before the operating system is loaded)
and the problem is random, the probability is that some hardware
component is failing. It could be your RAM (memory) or your video card.
Since this is a laptop (and laptops are prone to overheating which in
turn damages hardware), you can't easily swap out your video card. You
will be best off contacting the laptop mftr.'s tech support.
