When I go to Start/Help and Support an error message pops
up the says the file "helpctr.exe cannot be found". I
found it on my XP Home CD but do not know where to put it
in Windows. Anyone know how this is done???

[Note:Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the file called Pchealth.inf
in the folder Windows\Inf, right click it, and select Install from the
Context Menu that scrolls out. Have your XP install CD handy. don't see
Windows\Inf folder is a hidden folder by default, turne on the Show
hidden files and folders option on the Folder Options View tab that you
can reach through the Tool menu of Windows Explorer.]
