Cannot access help and support center in xp pro

I don't know when the shortcut to the help and support
center stopped working, but, when I click on "help and
support," I get a message saying that "Windows cannot
find helpctr.exe. I looked to see if it's enabled under
service, and it is.

I don't know what to do next.
