WinXP Help and Support Center

Hi,
I cannot access to Help and Support Center. It seems to run as a service without problem, but when I examine the processes from the taskman, I see that helpctr.exe, helpsvc.exe and helphost.exe are not working properly.
Any suggestions?

Click Start | Run | type "helpctr -regserver"
