Help... can't log onto windows

R

rastus

Hi,

I have borrowed a laptop from work and attempted to log it into my home
network.

To attach it to the network I simply (stupidly) changed the network domain
to my generic "WORKGROUP" one (Using the login I have which has
administrator privileges)

Now I can't even get past the windows login window... and there is no domain
to select any more...

Help !!

thanks,
Mike

This is the correct behaviour and all Domain cached credentials are removed
as you are no longer joined to your corporate domain.
You can using the local Administrator account for the PC. The password was
set at install time for the OS.
Ring your IT department and explain what you have done and they will be able
to help you.
