Help Can't get rid of spy ware

Hi can anyone help me please?
I have the following problems.
When I ran pc pitstop it showed a spyware on the system.
I tried to uninstall the program but it wouldn't let me,
it said the disc was full or something like that. I went
to files and folders and got rid of all the application
data but it wouldn't allow the following part of the
program to be uninstalled.
C/Progra-1/accele-1/anti-v-i(or maybe1)/defsca-.exe
Adware/loader/exploit
I installed a popup stopper and pitstop said it was a
spyware so I tried to uninstall it all without any success.
Please HELP!!!!!!

Go into add/remove programs and uninstall Internet optimizer.
Then run these tools weekly
spybot -- http://www.safer-networking.org/
ad-aware -- http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
