Hello Mike,

The following will get you started. Later on, you may have to go visit a anti-malware forum.

Please download ewido Security Suite from http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install ewido security suite
When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu."
Launch ewido, there should be a big "E" icon on your desktop, double-click it.
The program will prompt you to update click the "OK" button
The program will now go to the main screen

You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.

On the left hand side of the main screen click "Update"
Click on "Start"
The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed. After the updates are installed, exit ewido.

Reboot into Safe Mode, you can do this by restarting your computer, then continually tapping F8 until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.

Open Ewido
Close all open windows/programs/folders. Have nothing else open while ewido performs its scan!
Lauch ewido anti-spyware by double-clicking the icon on your desktop.
Select the "Scanner" icon at the top and then the "Scan" tab then click on "Complete System Scan".
ewido will now begin the scanning process, be patient this may take a little time.
Once the scan is complete do the following:
If you have any infections you will prompted, then select "Apply all actions"

IMPORTANT! Don't save the report until you have clicked the "Apply all actions" button.

Next select the "Reports" icon at the top.
Select the "Save report as" button in the lower left hand of the screen and save it to a text file on your system. Make sure to remember where you save that file.
Now close ewido anti-spyware.
