Hi alan,

Suggestions:-

1]Start>Run>type in:helpctr -regserver>ok

2]To reinstall Help and Support: Go to Start>Run and enter %WINDIR%\inf
Locate the pchealth.inf. Right click it and choose install.You need XP CD.

3]If either of these steps doesn't work, see:-
"Why doesn't Help and Support work?"

I operate windows xp home and when i click on to "help
and support" in the start up menue a message comes up
cannot find help and support. how do i resolve this
