Help and Support does not work

I am sorry to bring this up again..I went to the other postings. I am
familar with the "kelly" and "doug" website. I am wondering if there is
anymore that I can do?

My Helpsvs does not seem to start. It is set to automatically start, but
doesnt. When I try to start it manuallly, I get the error 126 Module not
found.

I am very familar with the following websites and I tried to restore back to
Aug of this year. This has been a problem for a while and now I am trying to
get this work because I want to look up something. I have a compaq that was
preload and I have been in touch with them on reinstalling PCHealth.inf...but
i asks for the disk...I don't have it. I've tried to load it from
C:\windows\i386 and I still have the problem.

yes...i did mean Helpsvc. Sorry for the typo. I am having trouble reloading
the PCHealth.inf because is looks for "phdt_p3.cab" file. I find and use the
copy in my C:\windows\i386.

Once done, I try to start the Help and Support via services.msc and I get
the error 126 message ("can't start Help and Support on local computer. error
126: the specified module can't be found."

does this provide more information? In the meantime, I will look at the
links your provided. Please note, that I don't run into the memory overload.
The service doesn't start.
