This will fix it. Don't use that reg cleaner again.....lol


To reinstall Help and Support: Go to
C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf. Right click and choose
install. Have your CD handy.

Note: The folder is hidden by default. Go to Start/Run
and type in: control folders. View: Show hidden files and
folders and uncheck Hide extensions for known file types

If it doesn't help go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr -
regserver

Thanks, I'll give that a shot when I get home. Which reg
cleaner do you mean? I typically use Norton 2003 but have
used other reg cleaners in the past too. Is there one in
particular that causes this problem?
