help and support

have been trying to install some new software on my
computer and have never had so many problems before. My
main problem right now is that I am unable to
access "help and support". I click on it an nothing
happens. Any ideas anyone?

you may have it turned off,if it's a H/P or Comcrap you

may have to call them to get it working again.If you done
the msconfig thing go back and check the boxes back
restart

Have you installed the Service Packs.

Control panel---Administrative tools---services---make sure help and support
is enabled--then, on the left side click start.
