Help and Support Not Workig

Also system restore not working
I've tried the various registry scripts (although I don't use Easy Cleaner)
I've tried Kelly's Corner Site
I've even tried reinstalling H&S
Still nothing

Any ideas....

I used Doug Knox's VB Script and That worked
I use JV16 Registry Cleaner
