Help and support in Windows Vista Home

When I click on help and support I get an error mesage
"Help and support was not able start"

Open a run command and type in:
services.msc click [OK]
On the services control panel locate the service:
Help and Support make sure it either start manual or Automatic or try
both and see which one will bring the Help and support to life, reboot after
restarting the service.
